Chopard logoChopard is known all over the world as a leader in Swiss watchmaking and a producer of fine luxury goods.

Because of plumbing issues in an adjacent property, Chopard’s prestigious Manhattan salon suffered water damage. The salon had to be closed while the floors were completely renovated. In situations where a company makes a few large sales each week, every day of operation is critical, and estimating lost revue can be difficult and contentious.
